The patients were asked to micturate to distend the urethra.

采用患者自行排尿方法充盈尿道。

Urethral catheters were remained, and suitable urethral dilation was arranged postoperatively.Results:25 cases have been followed up, 20 cases can micturate normally, the cure rate being 80%.

结果:25例均获随访，20例排尿正常，治愈率80%；失败5例，均改为开放手术治愈；2例发生尿外渗。
